FEE SCHEDULE FOR MEDIATION 2025

FLAT HALF-DAY- $800.00 per party*
FLAT FULL DAY - $1,600 per party*

*“Party” means all individuals or entities represented by the same attorney or firm.
(Catered Meal provided for Full Day, in person sessions).

NORMAL SCHEDULE

Half Day AM is 9 AM to 1 PM / Half Day PM is 1 PM to 5 PM
Full day Mediation is 9 AM to 5 PM
“ADDITIONAL TIME”: Beyond scheduled time is billed at hourly rate: $200 per party*/ per hour.

TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF BEXAR COUNTY

Reimbursement of airfare, car rental fees, hotel - PLUS
ADD Just one hour of “ADDITIONAL TIME” per party, per day to the Regular Fee.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

Mediation on-line via ZOOM, at Mediator’s Office or Wherever the parties agree.
